Milestone Integration Manual
Introduction
This manual provides instructions for integrating the IncoreSoft VEZHA VA plugin into Milestone XProtect VMS.
To begin the integration process, there are a few essential prerequisites that must be in place. These include properly installed and configured software:
- Milestone XProtect VMS
- Milestone Open Network Bridge
- IncoreSoft VEZHA Analytics System
- If you haven't installed the Milestone XProtect VMS yet, we highly recommend installing the latest version of Milestone XProtect Products. The official Milestone Getting Started Guide XProtect VMS 2023 R1 documentation describes the detailed installation and configuration process.
- In case you haven't installed Milestone Open Network Bridge, we strongly advise referring to the official Milestone Open Network Bridge Manager 2023 R1 administrator manual.
- In case you haven't installed IncoreSoft VEZHA Analytics System yet, refer to our Installation Documentation for detailed instructions on the installation process and User Manual for proper system configuration.
- If there is a problem with authorization in Open Network Bridge Manager, download and use this file to fix it: Milestone Open Network Bridge fix.reg.
- All video analytics results in the plugins will be displayed exclusively for cameras from Milestone, utilizing Milestone RTSP and Milestone ONVIF video streams.
- Ensure that video playback is enabled for all cameras used in Milestone for video analytics in order to view video segments of events.
